Refund Policy

At Amals.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority.


Returns

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
Refunds are available only if the goods received are damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Due to hygiene and fashion reasons, earrings and customized items are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.

In case of damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos as proof.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (if eligible).
Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue occurred due to an error by Amals.pk.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
