Order Confirmation

After you place an order on our website, our team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm order details, if required.

If we are unable to reach you, the order may be delayed or cancelled for verification purposes.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation
(Sundays and public holidays excluded).

Estimated Delivery Time

Lahore: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Outside Lahore: 4–6 working days

Remote areas: Delivery timelines may vary and can take longer

If any item in your order becomes unavailable or does not meet quality standards, it will be removed from the order, and the remaining items will be dispatched accordingly. Any adjustment will be communicated to the customer.

Courier partners may contact you during delivery. Please ensure your contact number remains reachable.

International orders are shipped only after full payment confirmation.

Due to export regulations, international jewelry shipments are currently limited to 2 kg per shipment without additional export documentation.

International shipping charges depend on package weight and destination and are calculated after order confirmation.

As a general guideline, international shipping rates for USA and Europe typically start from approximately USD 60 per kg.
